How does preordering work?
Choose an available pickup date, select your cookies and review your order. Live ordering will open after payment and pickup details are finalized. This private preview saves test orders only.
Where do I pick up my order?
Local pickup is in Riverview, Florida. The exact address is shared privately after your order is confirmed.
When are cookies available?
Pickup currently begins on Fridays. Each date has a limited number of orders so every batch gets the attention it deserves. The preorder calendar shows availability.
Can I tell you about an allergy?
Yes. Please include food allergies or dietary concerns in the dedicated checkout field. We review requests before confirmation and do not make allergen-free claims.
Can I order a custom quantity?
Use the quantity controls in your bag for standard orders within the listed limit. For larger quantities or special requests, include details in your order notes. Requests outside the menu require the baker’s approval.
What is in the variety boxes?
The Taste Test is $20 and The Deluxe Mix is $36. They include a mix of signature and premium flavors. Cookie counts and flavor selections are being confirmed before box ordering opens.
